FTL

FTL (FULL TRUCKLOAD)

Full truckload refers to the shipment that takes up an entire space in the trailer.

These shipments stay on the same truck the entire time and are not transloaded during transportation, so this decreases the risk of damage. This method of transportation is also usually quicker than LTL, since only one shipment is in the trailer and there are no extra stops on the way.

It is better to use full truckload mode when the product that needs to be shipped is fragile or delicate, when you require firm pick-up and delivery appointments time or when delivery date is time sensitive.
